Al-Fajar Foundation is founded in a building situated on G.T Road, Rahim Abad, Swat (SPS campus) .When a person is arrives to Al-Fajar Foundation a P.R.O welcome him / her on the reception and guide properly.

The administration office is situated in the first room of the building, where an experienced Administrator administers all the concerned matter accordingly.

There is also a patient examination room, where one male and one female Medical Officer are present for examining.

A well equipped lab and blood bank has also been established, where screening of blood and keeping the blood in required temperature is carried out in time. Two qualified technicians are performing duties over there.

Those children brought for blood transfusion admitted in wards. After examination they are discharged after completion of the process. This whole process of transfer of blood is carried out under the supervision of qualified Staff Nurse.
